| Preparation of weekly/monthly compilation of client information prepared by our firm. These services maybe provided at the client's local site or our offices. |
| Preparation of quarterly / yearly payroll reporting as required by federal and state taxing authorities. |
We establish an agreed monthly / quarterly fixed fee (updated annually) for these services in our engagement letter.
